A “restrained expression” based on functionality is the guiding principle of this design. The original floor plan underwent significant modifications to expand the living room, enhancing spatial transparency while improving interaction between functional areas in the communal space. The master bedroom was transformed into a suite, optimizing the walk-in closet for greater privacy while enriching the homeowner’s experience. The design also considers the needs of different family members, incorporating a flexible, growth-friendly space for younger residents.
