Located in the historic Soviet-era Hangsilian industrial complex, the design retains the site's original character while introducing playful, contemporary expressions. The 1,300-square-meter space is divided into diverse zones for design, storage, offices, and retail, emphasizing the site's historical attributes. Through preservation and reconstruction, the space embodies a modern aesthetic with historical depth. Materials such as vintage wood paneling, raw concrete, and marble elements are thoughtfully combined to maintain an authentic connection between past and present.
